We are registered Debt Counsellors with the National Credit Regulator, operating in terms of the National Credit Act No. 34 of 2005. The main purpose of the National Credit Act is to provide over-indebted consumers with a means to pay of their debts in an affordable manner, without losing their assets.

The process:

• We determine whether your monthly income exceeds your monthly expenses. (This is a requirement for debt review.)

• If you are over-indebted, we will immediately commence with your application for debt review. (Creditors are now not allowed to harass you anymore and we will suspend legal actions against you.)

• We negotiate with your creditors on your behalf for an affordable monthly payment.

• The different payments are then joined into one affordable monthly payment.
